Provisional bookings cannot be accepted.
An administration charge of £2 will be levied if alterations to confirmed bookings are requested within nine days of our last Santa working day. All requests will be granted at the discretion of the EKR Trading Ltd. No refunds will be made unless EKR trading Ltd cancels the event. EKR Trading Ltd operates the Santa by Train services.
Every effort will be made to provide the advertised services but unforseen circumstances may result in alterations or cancellations.
The information advertised is believed to be correct at the time of printing. EKR Trading Ltd reserves the right to alter or suspend services if considered necessary and accepts no liability for loss occasioned thereby.
Please note – tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. In the event of a local lockdown due to Covid-19, the event will be rescheduled or you will be offered an alternative event – refunds will not be issued.
