Welcome to Eythorne Station
Eythorne tearoom is open weekends and train operating days only.
Eythorne Station houses a Cafe in a lovingly restored Southern Region Scenery Van that was once used to carry Elephants! This is a very rare vehicle and even rarer as you can have a meal inside!
Also at Eythorne you will find the old Selling Signal Box which has been restored and now houses an interesting history of the East Kent Railway. From Eythorne, on selected special event days, you can ride a Brake Van and Locomotive up to the Wigmore Lane bridge buttress where the EKR used to link into the mighty Tilmanstone Colliery.
Along with a large Picnic Area and other attractions throughout the year, this is a delightful spot to break your journey at the railway.
