Latest Statement 30th June 2020.
We are currently working hard to resume our operations.
We are pleased to announce that our Grounds, Cafe and Woodland Miniature railway will reopen on the 4th July.
Our main train services will follow in due course, we are retraining our staff and undertaking vital infrastructure maintenance and checks. We have unfortunately been subjected to some recent vandalism which has also hit our finances. We are still fundraising to help us through this difficult period, if you can help us, please do.

Heritage railway was only charging £1 person for rides and my grandson aged 2 and a half was thrilled as he loves trains. Shepherdswell is a lovely setting. The staff (volunteers) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
A fun and inexpensive afternoon trip (especially with children)” Heritage train rides available here circa 1957. Over the Bank Holiday entry was £1 per person. There is a miniature steam railway for the kids.
A lovely little treat for Easter Sunday, £1 each. A fantastic setting for a train ride with a beautiful little station in Sheperdswell. Nothing beats daffs and spring sunshine. The train ride is great and the staff all really friendly.
