Santa By Train – Sunday 21st December

Booking Instructions and small print:

  • Each ticket reserves four seats together on the train.
  • You must enter the details of children accurately – the EKR cannot be held responsible for incorrect names or spellings.
  • Each booking must have at least one Adult over 18.
  • You may book multiple sets of 4 seats in one booking.
  • Please dress appropriately for an outdoor event.
  • You must arrive for your journey at least 20 minutes before your departure time.
  • No physical tickets are issued; please bring an ID or your booking email receipt to check in.
  • We endeavour to operate all trains on time; however, delays may occur due to inclement weather or operational reasons.
  • No refunds are issued unless the East Kent Railway cancels the event. All bookings are final.

Please note that the 16:00 is a quiet train designed for children with autism and/or SEN.
