- Each ticket reserves four seats together on the train.
- You must enter the details of children accurately as the EKR cannot be held responsible for incorrect names or spellings.
- Each booking must have at least one adult over 18.
- You may book multiple sets of 4 seats in one booking.
- Please dress appropriately for an outdoor event.
- You must arrive for your journey at least 20 minutes before your departure time.
- No physical tickets are issued; please bring an ID or your booking email receipt to check in.
- We endeavour to operate all trains on time; however, delays may occur due to inclement weather or operational reasons.
- No refunds are issued unless the East Kent Railway cancels the event. All bookings are final.
